John Mannion will have to walk a tightrope in Congress. He says he’s ready

Syracuse, N.Y. – John Mannion says he emerged from his victory Tuesday in one of the most closely watched House elections in the nation with some clear mandates from Central New York voters.
He wants to be the centrist Democrat that helped him win some Republican votes in his campaign for Congress, and a check on an incoming GOP president with a history of harsh rhetoric and divisive policies.
